By contacting VigorPlus Limited or placing an order, you agree to provide accurate product requirements, quantities, artwork, labeling instructions, and delivery information.
Quotation and Payment
Prices, lead times, samples, production details, and shipment terms must be confirmed in writing before production begins. To begin sampling or custom production, customers must pay either a 10% order deposit or the quoted single sample / template fee through Stripe.
Customer Rights and Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted designs, trademarks, labels, and product requests do not infringe third-party rights.
Order Refusal
VigorPlus Limited may refuse orders that are unlawful, incomplete, or not suitable for production, including counterfeit goods or unauthorized branded goods.
