Before Production
Orders may be cancelled before materials are purchased, samples are made, or production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
After Work Has Started
If materials have already been purchased, samples have been made, or production has started, cancellation fees may apply based on actual costs already incurred.
How to Request Cancellation
Any cancellation request must be sent to our customer service email with the order number, customer name, and reason for cancellation.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible, less any verified non-refundable production, material, sample, or administrative costs.
