Refund Review

Because our products are usually made or sourced according to customer requirements, refund requests are reviewed case by case. If a product has a confirmed quality issue or does not match the agreed order specifications, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods.

Required Information

Customers should provide photos, order information, delivery details, and a clear description of the issue. We may request additional information to verify the claim.

Available Solutions

Refunds, replacements, repairs, discounts, or other solutions may be arranged after verification. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.

Non-Refundable Items

Customized goods, approved samples, and products already used, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for refund unless required by applicable law.
