Customer sends product requirements, target quantity, delivery destination, and timeline.

Quotation

We confirm feasibility, estimated lead time, sample cost, bulk price, and shipping options.

Stripe Payment

To begin sampling or production, customer pays a 10% order deposit or quoted sample / template fee through Stripe.

Sample Approval

Samples or pre-production details are reviewed and approved before bulk production.

Production & Shipment

Bulk production, packaging, inspection, balance payment, and shipment are completed according to confirmed order details.

Do you show fixed prices online?

No. Our products are custom or order-specific, so pricing is provided by written quotation before payment.

Can customers request samples?

Yes. Sample availability, sample cost, and sample lead time are confirmed based on the product request.

Do you accept custom labels or packaging?

Yes, if the label, packaging, and design are legally owned or authorized by the customer.

How are quality issues handled?

Customers should contact us within 7 days after receiving goods with photos, order details, and issue description.
